On 4/26/16, initialed a Firearms Disposition Emphasis Inspection at the premises of Vandalia Tactical Supply LLC. The inspection covered the period between 4/26/16 to 4/26/17. The inspection disclosed the following: Four violations cited: 1) 27 CFR 478.21a on redacted form; 2) CFR 478.124(c)(1) on redacted forms; 3) 27 CFR 478.125(e) in redacted instance; and 4) 27 CFR 478.39a in redacted instances. All violations were cited on ATF F 5030.5 ( ROV ). Further inspection disclosed 809 firearms on hand, 740 ATF Forms 4473 on hand/reviewed, and 158 NTN provided by FBI- NICS verified; no discrepancies disclosed. No further field actions taken.
