CONDUCT FULL INSPECTION; ENSURE FFL IS MARKING FIREARMS PROPERLY.
DIO concurs with Area Supervisor's alternate recommendation of a Warning Letter and No Recall Inspection , in lieu of a Warning Conference and Recall Inspection. Per the Firearms AA Policy, a warning conference is recommended for a licensee failing to mark firearms properly. However, the licensee had no errors on over 500 ATF Forms 4473 , and accurately accounted for 243 firearms in inventory. He successfully responded to redacted traces in the last year, and had no unsuccessful traces. In addition, the lead IOI thoroughly educated the FFL on all marking requirements, to include redacted requirements, thus ensuring that the licensee will comply with both GCA redacted record keeping requirements in the future.

If an inspection uncovers regulatory violations, the licensee receives a report outlining these violations. This section lists the violations found in the inspection, as well as a general description of each offense. More details on the nature of the licensee's specific violations may be found in the report PDF.
