A DE compliance inspection was conducted on the Type 01 licensee where two violations of the GCA were cited. I concur with the recommendation of a warning letter and no recall . Violations of 27 CFR 478.21(a) and 27 CFR 478.126a were cited as a result of the inspection. Failure to report the multiple sale of handguns warrants a warning letter under the Administrative Action Order. A warning letter was sent to the licensee on December 19,2016.
