Recommendation is an alternate recommendation ; please see narrative for details.
Agree with IOIs recommendation of WL and Recall for FY 17 based on following: Licensee has significantly improved their internal controls and effort to follow the provisions of the Gun Control Act . One of the violations, 27 CFR 478.126a, cited during this inspection warrants a Warning Letter and was previously cited during the licensee’s 2015 compliance inspection which resulted in a Warning Letter. This repeat violation would prompt a Warning Conference; however, the licensee had two fewer violations and redacted as many transactions in which violations were cited as compared to the last inspection. Due to this improvement, a recommendation of Warning Letter with Recall Inspection is warranted.
