From August 17, 2016 through September 12, 2016 Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Industry Operations Investigator redacted conducted a compliance inspection on federal firearms licensee ( FFL ) Wings and Strings Gun and Archery Shop, LLC. Licensee was cited for five (5) violations of the Gun Control Act , including redacted untimely dispositions of firearms that had to be reported as missing inventory on ATF Form 3310.11. Licensee was also cited for not conducting a multiple handgun sale in redacted instance. IOI redacted recommends warning letter and recall inspection . Acting Area Supervisor concurs due to redacted missing firearms even though acquisitions and dispositions for last 12 months have been low.
