On March 24, 2017, Industry Operations Investigator ( IOI ) redacted conducted an unannounced compliance inspection of David Wolf d/b/a Wolfs Guns (WG) in Somerset, KY. IOI redacted was assisted by Investigative Analyst (IA) redacted. Owner and Responsible Person David Wolf was identified and interviewed and an onsite compliance inspection was initiated. The onsite inspection was conducted March 14, 2017 and March 15, 2017. The inspection period covered March 14, 2016 through March 14, 2017. A closing conference was held on April 03, 2017 at which time an ATF Form 5030.5, Report of Violations ( ROV ), was issued.
Discretionary inspection resulted in ROV for 3 violations, one of which rose to Warning Letter ( WL ) level. WL issued on 3/17/17. No recall inspection . Pll sent to FFLC on 3/17/17.
