M-8: MANUFACTURER CONDUCT FULL MANUFACTURER DE COMPLIANCE INSPECTION
The licensee has been licensed since 2012. He had a change of address and a renewal without having a follow-up inspection to his qualification inspection. Due to the fact that this is his first compliance inspection, has minimal sales (2 in the past 12 months) and has minimal manufacturing since the begining of his FFL I am recommending a WL ONLY and Recall inspection . He is also due for renewal in 2018. The FFL was advised of the requirements and importance to notify ATF and submit ATF F 3310.11 timely. He was also advised of the requirements and importance of making timely inputs to the A&D record book. The FFL appeared to take things seriously and was cooperative in correcting each instance immediately.
