On April 28, 2016, A/S redacted concurred with the recommendation of a WL and No Recall . Three of the four violations merit a W.L A Recall will NOT be staged due to the licensee possibly changing his license to a Type-07 later on this year and the fact that the licensee and his wife were very receptive to the education provided by Investigator redacted.
